Way of life Bonsai are pleased to inform all customers that selected trees will be inclusive of FREE UK delivery and will be clearly stated in the item title falling into the following categories.

Trees sent by Royal Mail special delivery which will fit into a 60x40cm box. Or a Parcelforce service allowing slightly bigger dependant on size and weight. These trees will be fully insured to purchase value.

Trees sent via pallet company which will be sent on a custom made pallet. Unfortunately we can not offer insurance with this shipping so please contact us prior to purchase with collection of this bonsai.

All pots sold by Way Of Life Bonsai include FREE UK delivery and will be fully insured to to purchase value. Please allow 7-10 days for pots to arrive as they will be sent in custom made boxes made to the size of the pot purchased and suitable protection needed.
Please understand the risk in posting bonsai pots and collection is advised an in the result of any damage protocol will have to be followed and may result in delays in refunds all though all attempts will be made to sort as quickly as possible.

Protocol from All postal services and ourselves would need to be followed and as much information, photo evidence etc gathered at the time of your goods arriving damaged to pursue any loss/claim and we will aim to solve any issues as fast as possible.
With live plants collection of any tree is always advised and welcomed over posting which can be arranged prior to purchasing, so please do get in touch to discuss.

Posted trees will be packaged with care, in a manner which is tried and tested that results in a high success rate of trees arriving in the condition which they leave the garden with each tree photographed before release.

Delivery Notes

1.We will use next day delivery service to get a tree to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind we will try ship trees out at the beginning of the week to try and avoid them been stuck in a depot for a weekend and risking it getting dried out.

2.Our Bonsais are watered and packed with extra wet towels for them to sustain a bit longer in a box than usual. If we expect delivery to take longer than 3 days we add the water drip as well.

3.Due to the current health crisis courier may delay in delivering orders (shortage of staff) and that deliveries may take more time than usual. This would not be more than a day or two, but we are making sure to send all our orders next day delivery so it may reach our customers as soon as possible. I request you to please be patient and please do not leave a negative feedback due to delay in receiving the order.
